Vegetarian Almond & Oat Protein Pancakes

What you’ll need: 1 cup vanilla or natural vegan protein powder 1 cup Oat flour 1 cup Almond flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 3/4 cup almond milk + 1 tablespoon lemon (let sit for 5 min) 4 eggs 2 tablespoons coconut oil Other: More coconut oil for frying Raspberry sauce (unsweetened) Sliced banana Nutella Maple syrup Mix everything together in a blender until smooth. In a frying pan, add 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil ok med heat. Pour three circles with a 1/4 cup measuring cup of better. Fry three small pancakes at a time flipping over when several small bubbles begin to appear. Makes 14 small pancakes.

My boyfriend would love these! He's upped his fitness regime and started eating more protein heavy things, I don't really understand it all myself but I'm sure I could make these!

Those look good. What would you substitute for the Oat flour? I have found that my body doesn't process Oats very well.

#2 you could use any flour, more almond, or regular wheat, or buckwheat.
