Yesterday evening, I went to strength class at the yoga studio I go to, and I decided to run to the studio from my apartment and back home as well. I live 5km from the studio. After I got home I was so hungry, I couldn’t wait until dinner time. So I made a protein smoothie!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla Garden of Life protein
3 dates
1 cup mango
1/2 frozen raspberry
Coconut flakes for topping
