Yesterday evening, I went to strength class at the yoga studio I go to, and I decided to run to the studio from my apartment and back home as well. I live 5km from the studio. After I got home I was so hungry, I couldn’t wait until dinner time. So I made a protein smoothie! Ingredients: 3/4 cup coconut milk 1 scoop vanilla Garden of Life protein 3 dates 1 cup mango 1/2 frozen raspberry Coconut flakes for topping

As soon as I buy a new blender for my new house I definitely making this In love

I'm not keen on dates though, is there anything you would alternate them with?

The dates are just to naturally sweeten the smoothie! So you could replace it with honey or maple syrup.

I don't think the dates will leave any taste, more than sweetness. But the raspberry, you left out the unit there, right? Half a raspberry won't do much for taste. Nice photo. First I thought you had grated Parmesan on top of the smoothie. That might have worked to. :-)
