I usually practice yoga in the evenings, since that is when I have time to go to the yoga classes at the studio. 

Traditionally, Ashtanga yoga is to be practised early in the mornings at 5 or 6 am. But that is too early for me! People who practise this early say that yoga gives them energy for the day.
