Do you do resistance training and yoga?

Do you do any other exercise besides yoga? 

I am interested in how other people balance their training schedule. 🙂

I run, cycle, and do Ashtanga and Yin yoga, HIIT classes and resistance training classes at the yoga studio. 🙂

I am looking into also getting a gym membership as well because I find the resistance training classes at the studio to be less challenging as I am getting stronger.
