Awesome! I am not that flexible, after years of road cycling my hips just aren't having it! haha but it is slowly getting better. 🙂

#1 It wasn't difficult to learn and do only because I have the advantage of being flexible from dance. I think it is a more challenging pose but it is a great hip opener.
#2 It was bizarre feeling some muscles engage that I haven't used in years muscle memory is wild!
