Should a regular yoga practice be your New Year's Resolution?
Do you have a yoga related or non-yoga related New Year's Resolution?

Mine is to continue going to yoga as usual, incorporate more strength classes into my routine, and cycle on my road bike. I often feel bad that I have to choose between studying or practising yoga in the evenings. My goal is to not feel bad when I choose one over the other.
I'm afraid of limiting myself, and therefore I haven't set any goals. If there's something I want to get, do or learn - well, nothing is stopping me. Failing a new year resolution would just make me feel worthless. I can still do the same thing, but I wont be "forced" if I decide it wasn't for me after all. I do wish to start with yoga though, and maybe 2018 will be the year when it actually happens!
