Never Been To A Yoga Class Before? Here Are Some Tips!
Be ready to sweat! Wear comfortable clothing.
Drink water through out the day. Stop one hour before. Stop eating at least two hours before.
Bring a yoga mat, or rent one at the studio.
Bring water for after practice.
Bring a towel for sweating.
Don't do too much too fast. Ask for special modifications if you have had past injuries or if something feels weird. If you don't feel right, go into child's pose.
Be kind to yourself, and have a good attitude. Have fun!
Don't forget to breathe!
