I'm Always Hungry After Yoga!
I love making smoothies after yoga!
They are sweet, cold, and you can easily add different protein sources. You can even sneak some vegetables in without even having to taste them.
Recipe for Nectarine, Cherry, & Raspberry Protein Smoothie
In a blender, blend together:
- 1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Protein Powder Vanilla
- 3/4 cup of Oat milk
- 1 small Avocado (or Banana)
- 1 Nectarine
- 1 cup of Raspberries
- 1/2 cup of Cherries
- 1 tablespoon Chia seed
- 1 tablespoon ground Flaxseed
- Small handful of Spinach (optional)
- 2 Dates or 1 tablespoon Agave Syrup (optional)
