Hatha Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Health

I've been having to take a break from Ashtanga yoga for a few weeks because I have been getting flare ups in my neck and shoulders due to migraines. Hatha and Yin yoga are great to practise with when your body needs some more light restorative yoga.  Enjoy!
