As I have written before, I have chronic migraine. There are times that I suffer from a nonstop migraine weeks at a time. Yoga often helps relieve some of the tension in my neck that a migraine produces. Yoga doesn't help get rid of my migraines completely, but it helps prevent and reduce some of my migraine suffering. 

My absolute favourite yoga pose for migraine is the Rabbit pose.
